Sydney Chiropractor, Cammeray NSW

“I’ll admit I was skeptical when a friend of mine suggested I try chiropractic. I’ve had many falls over the years from snowboarding, wake-boarding and skateboarding but I really didn’t know that there was a special doctor to “put me back together again”. I thought that pain eventually goes away on its own, just as long as I didn’t break anything!

Well, after I face planted while having a great time water skiing, I could hardly walk. I felt like a cripple as I limped around – it was embarrassing.

I eventually went to a local Chiropractor to see if maybe they could help me. I was surprised how gentle the treatment was, and I was even more surprised by how good I felt afterwards. It was truly amazing; after several chiropractic visits I actually felt better than I did before I had injured myself. I realised that I had many other little aches and pains and I had just “learned to live with it”.

It wasn’t long before I decided to become a chiropractor myself.”

Dr. Dillon (Chiropractor) began his bachelor of Science degree at Macquarie University where he studied the fundamental sciences such as inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, statistics and mathematics. During his second and third years he studied biochemistry, genetics, computing science, anatomy, physiology and chiropractic studies.

After completing his undergraduate study there, he continued with his masters degree which included  X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in the outpatients clinics. After five years full time study of chiropractic and medical sciences Dr.Dillon (Chiropractor) began working the following year in Burwood.

“We welcome skeptics,” smiles Dr. Dillon (Chiropractor). “I still remember what it was like with my first visit to the chiropractor, I wasn’t sure what to expect…. So we make it a point to explain everything in advance, and answer any questions . Patients appreciate that.”

Dr. Dillon  enjoys exercising and playing guitar in his free time. He cares greatly for the well being of his patients and encourages a healthy and active lifestyle.

“Those that already exercise regularly and have healthy lifestyles benefit greatly from what I have to offer. More and more people are now choosing health and wellness and are looking for safe and natural remedies before resorting to drugs and surgery. These people are already chiropractic patients, even if they don’t know it !”
